- If I sign-up with Rapid Response USA as my emergency response provider, will I be charged a sign-up fee, an annual fee or any maintenance fee?
No, there are no fees for signing-up with Rapid Response USA. You only owe for work performed when you initiate an emergency response by calling the ER Hotline @ (336) 621-0836.
- Why should I sign-up before I have an emergency response event?
Signing-up now allows you to establish which personnel are authorized to initiate an ER on your company's behalf. In addition, a line of credit can be established and a rate sheet given as part of the ER contract. This eliminates costly delays in responding to your emergency situation.
- What states are covered by Rapid Response USA for emergency response incidents?
In all 50 states as well as the US Virgin Islands.
- Does Rapid Response USA use an answering service after hours or on weekends and holidays?
No. You will always reach a Rapid Response USA employee who is fully-trained in emergency response events (HAZWOPER 40-hour trained). This eliminates delays in dispatching a response team to your emergency.
- What is the average response time for an ER team?
Our response teams average less than 2 hours for incidents throughout the United States.
- If my emergency response event involves a clean-up, can Rapid Response USA transport and dispose of the waste?
Yes. In most cases we can remove the waste as we leave the spill site.
